# LifeOS + services — srv2095705

Dedicated LifeOS box (2.25.96.188, Ubuntu 26.04, KVM 4). Kept separate from the
home/personal servers.

## LifeOS

- **LifeOS v7.40.4** — install tree `/opt/lifeos` (56 skills), user data `/opt/lifeos-user/USER`.
- **Hermes Agent** (host-level) — `/root/.local/bin/hermes`, home `/root/.hermes`, model `deepseek-v4-flash`.
- **Sidecar mounted** — SOUL.md (38.5 KB constitution), guard plugin, sandbox `/root/HermesWorkspace`.
- **Verified** — `hermes chat -q "Reply with exactly: LIFEOS_OK"` → `LIFEOS_OK`.

Use it:

Maintenance: `cd /opt/lifeos && HERMES_HOME=/root/.hermes bun LIFEOS/HERMES/Mount.ts` (re-render),
add `--check` for drift, `bun /opt/lifeos/LIFEOS/TOOLS/Doctor.ts` for capability status.

All web endpoints verified reachable. Credentials for each panel app live in its
`/docker/<project>/.env` — never symlinked or exported into the LifeOS tree.

## Notes

- LifeOS identity data (`/opt/lifeos-user`) is isolated from the panel apps and
  from the home servers; nothing personal is shared across them.
- The panel apps are Hostinger-managed: hPanel redeploys re-create their compose
  files, so keep panel-specific edits minimal (the `hermes-agent` dashboard is a
  separate container from the host-level LifeOS Hermes).
- Fork: `joeNobody-ai/LifeOS` (no releases yet → installs resolve from upstream;
  once tagged, `LIFEOS_REPO=joeNobody-ai/LifeOS` for re-installs).
