The LifeOS Hermes is a host-level install, separate from the Hostinger-managed app containers on this VM (traefik, hvps-hermes-agent dashboard, AnythingLLM, Paperclip, OpenVPN).

Using it

SSH in as root, then:
cd /opt/lifeos && hermes chat

Ask for onboarding:
Run the LifeOS interview — TELOS current state and ideal state.

The interview fills USER/ with your identity, goals and sources, then seeds Pulse.

Afterwards, just talk to it — mounted skills are the default capability path.
